Project Summary
Marshall (Building Contractors) Ltd were awarded the first phase of an £8m expansion to Whitby Seafood Ltd’s existing Fairfield Way site.
Works delivered included for a 1300 sq m extension to the existing seafood production plant, including modifications to the existing production building – all whilst maintaining Whitby Seafoods production capacity whilst the works were being undertaken.
Works commenced in September 2019 and completed June 2020
